The atmosphere created was quiet. My apartment was newly decorated, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. Liked having kitchenette to cook something by myself.

The hotel was fantastic, had a quiet atmosphere. Provided breakfast was tasty with local food, exceeded our expectations. The location was incredible in Bellagio area and the staff here was very, very nice and pretty friendly. Moreover, it's close enough to a church which has lovely bells and a local restaurant.

The rooms were spotless and recently renovated with all the conveniences of an apartment kept by the excellent staff. The breakfast was savoury and great with local food, worth the price.

I had a wonderful stay at a clean and modern apartment perfect for a family of four. The hosts, Alissa and Clezia, were extremely helpful and friendly. The location in S. Giovanni was great for exploring Lake Como and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio. The easy ferry or mini-train made it convenient to get to town if I didn't feel like walking. The apartment had all the necessities and the terrace was a lovely bonus. The nearby coffee shop served delicious fresh croissants every morning. The secret beach bar, just a 5-minute walk away, was a hidden gem with yummy cocktails and free nibbles to enjoy the sunset. I highly recommend Nene-Il Vicolo Apartments And Rooms for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the Lake Como area.

Helpful, gracious owner. Accommodations clean with good amenities. Very near a fantastic fish restaurant "Ititurismo."

Coffee maker was an old-fashioned Italian stove-top type, but we made do. No sign outside of hotel, we had two addresses, which intersected at the entrance. Confusing.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and furnished. The location was very convenient to Bellagio. Parking was available.

They could have improved on some of the smaller touches like having dish and hand soap available and a few extra trash bags. I know it was a self catering apartment but they seemed a little stingy with such amenities for the price of the apartment. Other than that minor complaint we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel was fantastic, with amazing location to make sure everything was understood. The property was right in the heart of the city.

Possibly the best and nice stay in september. Great and fantastic location in lovely area, really close to the centre of Como where ferry stations were and all of the restaurants, metres from swimming beach, and the beach and ferry. New-fashioned and perfectly clean unit with an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

Locationwise, it was convenient and charming. Nearby restaurant (Mella) was excellent.

When we arrived, we found that there was no washing machine/laundry facility for us to use, the first time we've encountered this in an apartment. Only on much protestation did the staff finally give us keys to their laundry room where they clean the room linen. One of the most difficult challenges was that the staff speak very limited English, so it was difficult to communicate with them. In addition, although the room was nice, it was expensive for what it was.

What a great place. We wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful, romantic location and a modern, spacious, well-equipped apartment in a historic building on cobblestone streets. We went to the supermarket beforehand and everything was there in the kitchen for us to prepare a meal. Carla was very hospitable and helpful with area plans; she took us into the office and gave us step-by-step instructions for a hike to Nesso. Five-star apartment and five-star service.

This hotel offers great value for money with its comfortable rooms that have all the conveniences of an apartment. The location is ideal, being close to the local church and next door to a lovely cafe. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the Centre of Bellagio and the ferries that can take you to other parts of Lake Como.
